My daughter, Emma, aged 14 years has completed the Buteyko course with Glenn. For the past 4 years Emma has been taking Flixotide after being diagnosed with Asthma and using a Ventolin inhaler. Since completing the Buteyko course, Emma has not needed to use her Ventolin at all when in the past, at this time of year, change of seasons with pollen etc, she has been a regular user.
Emma also enjoys running and athletics. Since completing the course and continuing with her regular breathing techniques, she has found her running has improved immensely and not once has she needed her Ventolin and her recovery after the run has been much quicker than in the past and feeling like she could run further!
We want to thank Glenn for all he has done to help Emma to put her on the path to a 'medication free' future, both in everyday life and her sport.
